The original question was how to add images / pictures to a W0rdPress post.

1. Log into the WordPress website
2. Click on the Posts panel
3. Click Add New
4. Near the top of the new post window and right below the Title window you will see >>> Upload/Insert with 4 icons >>> Add an Image, Add Video, Add Audio and Add Media.
5. When you click in the main post editing window where you are going to add your text you can then just click on the Add an Image icon / button to add an image / pic to your post.
6. When the Add an Image window opens after you have clicked the Add an Image icon / button you will see Choose files to upload with a Select Files button, click on Select Files this will open a browser window where you can navigate to the location of the image file you want to insert / add into your post.
7. You will then be presented with a number of options about the appearance, title, positioning, etc. of the image file you want to insert into your post. I recommend that you choose the most logical options and then practice inserting other images by choosing all the other options to see what they do. In other words start out with a practice post where you can insert multiple image files with different option settings.
